Riding the rooftop Ferris Wheel and climbing ..there was a time when I may not have thought I could fit through that hole.

Cindy: Losing weight, gaining insight, maintaining weight loss, and blogging since 2006. By taking care of the underlying causes of my overeating and eating less, of course, I lost around 60 pounds by the Summer of 2008. I acheived a normal body mass index for the first time in years. Then I fluctuated within about 12 lbs of my lowest weight for over four years. In 2013, I had a couple of surgeries that altered my lifestyle and diet. I gained 10 more pounds. Now it is time to get to my happy weight! So for 100 days I am using the South Beach diet plan, and exercising each day at least 1//2 hour or more with a minimum of two days with 1 hour or more of exercise. Share the joy with me!
